Install only SAF5 (unlocked), setup MePo to use PDVD10 decoder for LiveTV, start LiveTV, connect graphstudio to MePo graph, double click on PDVD10 decoder and check "bitCompresion". If you have DXVA here (like on screenshot), DXVA is in use, if you have something else here DXVA is not in use.

If you have DXVA here, DXVA is working.Hi CPU usage can be caused by something else, but not by video decoding.
And please do not mess VC-1 with AVC.
