However, maybe you could mention that 'HID input handler supersedes Microsoft MCE input handler.' instead of just mentioning the removal.
I had to look it up to be sure that I want to update when 1.13 gets released

MCE remote and keyboard will still work. The HID input handler "handles" the MCE input handler...

does not indicate that HID input handler is 'taking over the job' of Micrososft MCE input handler. Maybe me being a non-native-English-speaking human being is a problem sometimes. I had a different interpretation of 'supersede'. Sorry.
