Im unable to start up Mediaportal with latest svn. Before I was using 0.2.0.4 with RealityMP skin and no problems.

My problem is when loading MP, then I see the small loading screen and then it only shows desktop background. if i do a ctrl+enter i get it back in a window where i can see the desktop through, but nothing gets rendered in the window.

Here is the log, if anyone will please help me:

Have been using mp for a year now, but just being able to get registered today; my spamfilter was killing the activation mail, DOH! :p

Have you tried using the BlueTwo skin? I encountered a similar issue when I was using an older skin and the folder was not created/named correctly. Using a supported skin resolved my issue.

I'm working on it right now. ;)

First i tried to default things, including the bluetwo skin. = same problem

Then I changed graphics card = same problem

Went back to first graphics card, made sure everything was default, uninstalled mp, reinstalled v0.2. Now not even 0.2 will boot  Hangs at a new exception:

Doing a straight update to current svn, results in the beforementioned exception:

    Hi,
Try to uninstall MP & delete or rename MediaPortal folder --> reboot --> reinstall MP, if you want to test latest SVN - backup your install folder --> apply latest SVN & at last run configuration (MP Setup - Installation wizard).

    Regards
    Roy
