Every time i start either the configuration app or media portal itself there is a 50-50 chance it will crash with the standard "MediaPortal.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be ....." Here is the info it has:

It always seems to be the same dll though. Some times it works fine and some times it crashes at startup or while im making changes or when i go to save the config. Seems really random so far. I have run windows update several times and all is up to date. .Net 1+2+3. I have also attached my Config log.
Any ideas?
