[confirm] MediaPortal crash after HTPC restart (Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device.PresentInternal) (1 Viewer)

I now have 1.4 pre since nearly one week running, today after a reboot of my htpc the UI suddenly crashed.
HTPC is connected to AV Receiver

it continues writting this Exception to log
Exception: Error in the application.

at Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device.PresentInternal

any ideas?
After a Reboot I could not reproduce it.
