Mediaportal crashes after 1.3.0 upgrade (1 Viewer)

nothing comes up int he log
when trying to run the mediaportal configuration tool it also crashes,
last thing in the log is : 2013-03-16 15:53:45.890625 [Info.][Config Main(1)]: add DVD section

with the watchdog i was able to get some more logs.

had same problem after upgrading from MP 1.2.3 to 1.3.
Clean install helps or removing plugins.
Than add plugins one by one because some of them cause MP to throw crashed message although MP still runs in background

Removed all the plugin dll's, still the same.
Hope I don't mess up my tv server with the clean install.
