Mediaportal crashes when entering the folder "My Pictur (1 Viewer)

Synopsis::

Mediaportal crahes when entering the folder "Eigene Bilder" ("My Pictures"), as far as I have seen from the log because of a memory-(RAM)issue. It is true, that I have many pictures (some of a single size of about 25MB) and subfolders of pictures in that folder, but I have 1GB of system memory installed, which should be enough anyway.

I would be glad if you could fix this, because it would make your good piece of software even better!

You'll find that one of your picture files is corrupt.
Browse the thumnails in explorer and you should be able to find it tha way.

Thank you for responding so quickly. That was exactly the problem: one of my picture-files was corrupt. After deleting it, Mediaportal works as expected.

But isn't this still a bug? Can't the error be "handled" properly?

We're going to be chaging MP to use the generated Thumbs.db after 0.2.0
