Media Portal is constantly crashing on home screen. I can reproduce an error
1. Go to videos, run video , press back button , go back to home screen , video is still playing in preview little window on home screen, everything is ok, i can come back to vide as many times as I like
2. Go to my tv, turn on tv, go to full screen video, go back from the video to the home screen
Media portal crashes ( 80-90% CPU usage) not responding , the only option is to kill the media portal process ctrl+alt +delete

Can you please help me on this?
Thanks,
Karol

You will need to attach logs, this can be done using the "MediaPortal Logs Collector" from your Windows Start Menu (Team MediaPortal/MediaPortal) and ATTACH the exported log.zip file to your thread/post.

Basically you run the program, follow the steps. reproduce the bug. close MP. then it will give you zipped logs you can attach.

I do have a logs at home but unfortunately I will not be able to attach them today because i cannot boot to vista now.I got BSOD because i removed ATi 8.9 CCC drivers from the system and after that cannot boot anymore . I am going to re-install vista tonight, install ati 8.8 CCC , install standalone filters as per guide here https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/offtopic-57/stand-alone-filters-htpc-44614/ , install media portal , set up tv server and set up codecs and try to reproduce the error.
