I've just installed MediaPortal on a new pc, but it's crashing when I play a video or try to watch tv

the log is included. Can anyone help?

Try different mpeg codecs, try enabling\disabling VMR9 exclusive mode.

since I posted I've tried uninstalling all my codecs and just putting the divx one on. Everything plays in WMP11 and tv works in its own application

just tried disabling VMR9... no luck

Hi,
Ohhhhh, you have a huge amount of errors regarding direct sound filters, try Filmerit to get(delete wrong bindings) those errors away & then re-configure in MP Configuration (if still errors after that post a new log which shouldn't have all those errors).
