mediaportal doesnt even start??? (1 Viewer)

I've installed mediaportal on a jetway mini-itx machine, every time i try and start it up it just errors, this is what shows in the xp error log.

Faulting application mediaportal.exe, version 0.2.2.9991, stamp 46de3c0a, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.1869, stamp 44ab988c, debug? 0, fault address 0x0001aafc.

Any ideas?

(needless to say microsoft arent much help )
