Mediaportal drops frames when aero theme turned on - but ok with aero off (1 Viewer)

Watching TV in HD or Standard def at 50Hz, the red line dips once every second or two, and Mediaportal drops a frame - but if a non aero desktop theme is selected - all lines are flat and everything is ok?

I would run with aero off - but the guide says it should be on for the correct running of MePo?

Logs with aero on and off attached.
Would appreciate some help from those who understand them :0)

Upgrading to Mepo 1.3 has solved this problem.
