    Hi Natsu -

think the card isn't installed correctly -
normaly the card is shown with its name - or Number - or something like this.
never had a row of questionmarks ....
did you try different driver versions?
or only the driver they talked about in the thread two posts above?

for logs - take a short look @ the wiki - pathes where shown there for all OS's

hmm looks like you have a card - but it is not recognized @ MePo as DVB card.
but card is found and shown in the device manager (Geräte Manager) full working right?

hmm did you install MePo 1.3.0 couse you want to help and test the Alpha version?
or did you install MePo couse you want to use it?

if you just want to use it - pls try the stable version of MePo 1.2.3
maybe that could help couse 1.3.0 is Alpha -- still some bugs in it.

if you have - try the orginal-driver from the CD again.

    http://www.technisat.com/de_DE/CableStar-Combo-HD-CI/352-2664-1657/

try to take the raw BDA driver if it is found in the RAR package.
i am not sure in this case -
the cablestar combo can recieve DVB-T and DVB-C so - and thats the point - it is
a dual tuner - or a hybrid tuner?
in case of a dual tuner -
normaly MePo should show two tuner/reciever ... and NOT only questionmarks ;-)

strange system / problem you have there ...
