Hello

Ive got a small problem.

When turning tv on the whole menus etc start to flash black and back same with the Shift 1 menu and also with the pop up bits (when you change channel)

When doing this, the fps of the tv drops to around 8-9 instead of 50.

Any ideas? and please dont just say its win7.
