I'm at the end of my knowledge with this problem, which I have had for a while now. Whenever I try to play a stream from the ORF mediathek on my htpc, MediaPortal will completely freeze and I can only close it in the task manager after that. The video plays fine, but as soon as I press stop (or when playing a playlist, the item changes) MediaPortal will lock up.
The strange thing is that on my notebook the same stream will work perfectly fine. Both machines are Win7 X64 with MediaPortal 1.2 RC, both with excactly the same codecs installed (I even copied the splitter files from the notebook and it didn't help).
Attached are the logs from a) my notebook where all is fine (works.rar) and b) from my htpc where mp freezes. Both times I played the excact same url and stopped playback approx. at the same time.
As you can see, the htpc seems to freeze before Remove filter from graph: WM ASF Reader 0 while on the htpc, mp continues with the video deinitialisation (red).
The only difference I could make out in the video initialisation was that while the notebook (working) had a bunch of planescen
resentImage() log entries:
the htpc (not working) had only two:
Other than that I have no idea what else I could try so if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated!!!
