Since I've upgraded MediaPortal to version 1.0.1 (from a 1.0 install), i get intermittent lock-ups in the Mediaportal GUI: mediaportal freezes completely, no input is possible, and no animations occur (even the clock stops). A song that was playing will finish however, but no new song will start. As far as I can see, the lockups don't occur while watching video. After 20 minutes, the gui resumes, and a new song starts playing and I can use MP normally again.

It's only MediaPortal itself which locks up, since i can simply open the task mangager when it happens, and kill MediaPortal. When MP hangs, it uses only about 1-2% cpu.

I must say however that I recently also changed my motherboard, but since only MP hangs, it would seem unlikely that this causes the problem.

Attached are some log files. A freeze occured approximately between 23:14 and 23:34

No, I believe it's still SP2 (driver issues for my Wifi card in SP3), but the installer didn't complain about it. I'll try to install SP3 when I get home tonight, and see if it makes a difference.

Well, installed SP3, but this didn't solve anything. The freezes still occur.

Edit: changing the skin to Blue3wide also doesn't change anything.
