:sorry:Hi,

im a real newbie to mediaportal and have just setup my first dedicated HTPC.

I have managed to get everything working great but now i have a small issue which i can re-produce consistently but cant seem to find a fix.

Whenever i go into the MP-TVseries plugin through MP i get a windows dialogue saying "Mediaportal has stopped working"

Now the weird part is that if i delete all the log files from my MP log directory, everything works as it should ( MP doesnt crash when i enter the plugin )

It seems as tho if there are LOG files in the log directory mediaportal crashes for some reason.

Im sorry i cant upload my LOG files until i get home but i was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue? ( i have tried searching the forums but havent seem to find any similar issues )

Ill upload the log files as soon as i get home.

Thanks in advance

I would just like to add that MP continues to run even tho i get the windows dialogue saying Mediaportal is not responding. if i just click back into MP rather than pressing the close program button the windows dialogue every seems to work fine

Hope somone can help!

    Hi and welcome unimaginative :)

It looks like the problem is with the TV Series plugin:

Something to do with logos perhaps. I'm going to move this thread to the MP TV-Series subforum so it can get attention from the devs there.
