Probably the base of Moving Pictures is corrupted. Try to restore base from earlier versions (if they exist) or re-create the database. Unfortunately, I do not know if it is possible to correct the current base by some means. For myself, I occasionally make backup copies of the database folder, and this has saved me several times.

Running multiple backups
Restored a DB 14Days old still the "error" from moving pictures in it..

Disabled everything even FanArt
Restored Old DB's..
Everything Works until Moving Pictures is enabled..
Even running it stand alone, gives me a CPU Load of about 90%
