I can't seem to get rid of this one problem where I keep loosing remote control access to MediaPortal!! I'm using the Hauppauge 45-Button remote and everything seems to work great - but if for any reason I get out of MediaPortal and come back into MediaPortal, I can no longer control MediaPortal with my remote. Even Alt-Tab (Using keyboard) does not do anything. I JUST DONT get remote control access back unless I CLOSE MediaPortal completely and restart it.
Two situations where this happens every time:
i) If I play an ISO, my external player (TotalMedia Theatre) launches; once TMT quits & MediaPortal comes back on, I no longer have remote control access. I have to exit MediaPortal completely & restart it.
ii) If I put my HTPC to sleep (From within MediaPortal or otherwise); once I wake up my HTPC and if MediaPortal is on screen, I no longer have remote control access. I have to exit MediaPortal completely & restart it.
Following is my remote control setup in MediaPortal Configuration:
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
