MediaPortal looses connection to TV server after resume from hibernation (1 Viewer)

I have recently switched to Win 7 pro 64 bit from win xp and I am having an issue that causes the connection to the TV server to break after resume from hibernation. Only upon manual stop/start of the TVservice can I watch TV in MePo after the computer wakes up from sleep. Observe that the TVserver itself seems to work, waking up for scheduled recordings and then going back to sleep. When I look at the error log there is some error about a socket actively refused by the computer. Can this have to do with some firewall settings or something? Any help appreciated!
