MediaPortal minimizes when playing DVD? (1 Viewer)

So I uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch, and I can't get this to work right. I have my entire library of DVD's ripped to my hard drive as ISO's, and I use DaemonTools to mount them through MP.

When I click on a DVD, it mounts, but then MP minimizes. I hear the DVD starting to play, but I can't see it (only my PC desktop). When I click on the minimized MP, it just disappears, and I have to kill the process. I'm using the built-in codecs for DVD navigation, video, and audio.

I tried ticking the external player, but that doesn't seem to work at all.

Any ideas?

You are unlikely to get any useful suggestions without log files and a fully completed system specification ...

It's not crashing and producing log files, it's just minimizing, then disappearing. This only happens with SD DVD, and I can't seem to force it to use an external player for SD DVD, even though I have that set. It always uses the internal player.

The internal player works fine for MPEG-2 files.
