OK, your PC is correctly resuming at ~17:57. The log is showing a user interaction at 17:58:36 and then shuts off at 18:05 since no other inout was registered.

    [2015-10-09 17:58:36,239] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: WM_POWERBROADCAST (PBT_POWERSETTINGCHANGE)
[2015-10-09 17:58:36,239] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: User is providing input to the session
    [2015-10-09 18:05:42,950] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: WM_POWERBROADCAST (PBT_POWERSETTINGCHANGE)
[2015-10-09 18:05:42,950] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: The user activity timeout has elapsed with no interaction from the user

What are you seeing on the screen, when the PC resumes? What kind of input method are you using? Is this a remote or a keyboard? Can you connet a keyboard and verify if using the keyboard works?

the program I scheduled to record is approximately 15 minutes. I have tv server set to record an extra 10 minutes post recording and powerscheduler set to hibernate after 5 minutes. the pc woke as you say at just before 6pm. it recorded the program (danger mouse) then powerscheduler set the pc to hibernate somewhere around 6.30pm.
On the screen I see what was on screen when the pc went to hibernate. in this case the tv guide, the clock at the top shows the time the pc went into hibernate. the screen stays like this.
I use remote (imon). But in order to use the watchdog and collect logs I did leave a keyboard connected for this recording and collecting of logs. the keyboard has no effect on the mediaportal front end. it is unresponsive with both remote and keyboard.

Can you resume the PC, then switch between MePo and Desktop through Alt-Tab? Select desktop: can you now operate on the desktop? Switch back to MePo with Alt-Tab, does it now work?

This is really strange. I have never seen any issue like this before.

So under WIn 7 everything was OK.
Under Win 10 MePo is not functioning correctly anymore, but Windows itself is working as it should.
    The problem is not skin-related
The problem is not dependent on the kind of input device used

According to theory this is not possible;) since it is reacting to keyboard strokes.

In your setup file I can see that you are running in full screen mode but the option "Always on top" is not active. This combination is prone to MePo not having the focus upon resume, which would explain the described behavior.

Are you absolutely certain that MePo is having the focus when you are trying to do something?

I am sorry. I am running 1.12 under Win 10 myself, and so do many others. So far nobody else seems to have this problem.
