MediaPortal not starting [With Logs] (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: XP SP 3
CPU Type: AMD 2.61GHz 5050e
HDD: 1x1TB + 1x2TB
Memory: 4 GB
TV Card: None
HTPC Case: Antec Fusion 200 Black
TV - HTPC Connection: HDMI

I have been using mediaportal v1.1.0 for several weeks now without problems and then I decided to upgrade to version 1.1.1. Before upgrading I upgraded all of my plugins and the Skin (streamedMP) to the latest version, I then performed an upgraded to 1.1.1 but every time I try to to start it (even in debug mode) it gets stuck on loading the plugins. The error log shows the same thing over and over again:

[ERROR][MPMain(1)]: d3dapp: Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUITextureManager.ReleaseTextures()'.
at MediaPortalApp.Render(Single timePassed)
at MediaPortal.D3DApp.Render3DEnvironment()

I haven't changed anything else (no hardware, software, driver, windows or codec updates).

I have attached my logs, but let me know if you need anything else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As a guess I'd say it's your database... I'd remove all the plug-ins and get back to the core installation. I'd UNinstall both the TV-Server and the main application... then perform a fresh MP installation and see how that goes.

Hi,

My dedicated TV-Server broke down so I made a new one from scratch. Now when I try to start my MP clients I run in to the same problem you have.
MP hangs on loading plugins at startup. If I disable the TV plugin it starts fine.

I found from another thread that sometimes the database in the TV server gets corrupted ( https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/general-support-51/database-corrupted-possible-repair-71699/ ). I will try this fix when I get home.

Edit: Database fix did not help, complete reinstallation of tv server fixed my issue...
