Mediaportal problem after S3 (1 Viewer)

Im having some problems with mediaportal, when my computer wakes up from standby (S3).
Sometimes it all works, but most of the time mediaportal is minimized and I'll have to open task manager to shut it down.
I tried to reinstall windows 7, but it still keeps doing that. What do I have to do next??

is using hibernate not an option?

I use hibernate instead of standby

When I hibernate and turn on, then my remote (philips srm 5100) doesn't work and i have to re-plug it :/

Have you tried MCE Standby Tool?

The latest beta version supports Windows 7 and for me was an invaluable tool in various power scheduling issues I have had over the years.

You could try setting the "restart MediaPortal on resume from standby" option on - that may help. Means you've got a couple of extra seconds following resume until MediaPortal is ready to go, but if it also means that you've got consistent resume then I'd say it's probably worth it. I use that option, just to make sure that everything's working tickety-boo after resume.

I tried that too, but when i'am resuming standby it just shut mediaportal down. Then i'll have to start mediaportal manually.. Isn't there any other "standby fix tool"?
