MediaPortal responding to remote up/down 2x - common? (1 Viewer)

I've just installed MediaPortal, and most things seem to work fine, except
that when MediaPortal is the focused window, pressing the up/down keys
on the remote cause MediaPortal to react as if the keys were pressed twice.

When MediaPortal is NOT the focused window, it reacts as if the keys
were pressed once, but whatever is focused also gets a key event.

What would be causing MediaPortal to be getting 2 key events? Is this
a setting in MediaPortal, or in the something along the IRTrans server/driver
chain?

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0
Windows Version: XP Pro SP2 (current)
HTPC Case: OrigenAE S14V
Remote: OrigenAE IRTrans (with MCE type keys on it)

Any Add. software installed? Or Receiver?

I had the same Problem wih an Aopen miniPC and IRTrans installed...

The infrared of the Aopen was sending the key and the IRTrans software also a second time..

How do you mean? Do you mean that MediaPortal was receiving the event from the IRTrans device directly, rather than receiving it from the IRTrans server?

Were you able to fix this?
