Now I have a new monitor and I wanted to set up this nice program good so I decided to remove the old version and install the newest. I removed the old version and installed the new one.</p><p></p><p>The installing process was all good. After installing I started the configuration screen. Here it went wrong. It takes ages for it to load. Eventually it did, I made a few basic changes and tried to start up mediaportal. Again it took a long time for it to come up, it seemed to hang on "initializing skin"</p><p></p><p>I tried a few solutions posted on this forum for people with simular problems but nothing worked (re installed .net, removed tv card and renamed tvdatabaseV21, removed everything with mediaportal in it from the registry, fixed broken drivers etc etc. So far nothing worked</p><p></p><p>Please help.
