Hi,

Has anyone ran into this- even if I have defined that the powerscheduler plug-in can suspend my HTPC only in the home-screen it suspends the HTPC when I'm watching DVDs. I have to resume the computer every 5 min. :) I have no problems with that when I'm watching regular TV.

Hi, can you use the logs collector from your start menu\team-mediaportal\mediaportal folder, start from step one recreate and upload logs using the advanced + function.

Does this happen in any other screen, like music\pictures and is this a singleseat\multiseat setup (1\2 or more pcs)

This may be a problem, it showing some port failures due to them not being opened.

Whats the advantage of having the db on a server, just curious, can understand movies TVrecordings going to a server but not the database unless the TVcards\TVserver is there.

And BTW with a seperate server, i would not have a clue how everything should now behave, as only singleseat setups here.

I have MySQL on my server just because I have a server. :) I could of course move MySQL to my HTPC but do you think that could solve this specific problem?

.. and then another set of logs after I converted to a single-seat configuration.

All i can see are sql connection errors still, so i'm none the wiser, if it was myself i most probably reinstall from scratch, which is not that helpfull.

:sorry: Hope someone with more knowledge of this kind of error can help.

    Hi,
Hmmmmm, singleseat setup but since tv db located on another comp psclient detects multiseat & after that doesn't tell TV Server it's status, which is of course wrong. Will hibernate over this(a bit late here, but now I'm atleast subscribed to thread :p ) & see if it is a bug or not, we do not support multi server setup due to incompatibility which comes from not finished development.........................

    Regards
    Roy
