    Hi,

I've try to put disable and yes OSD comes back, but no directvobsub :(. (in MKV embedded and .SRT).
    All working in Beta1.

    Thx for feedback :)
    Seb.

    Hi,

For beginning :) Great SVN but and yes i have "but" :)
Here's a bug I think... I also noticed this on the previous couple of SVN's.

Directvobsub don't work correctly on Subtitle embedded in MKV and AVI with .srt -> NO OSD show when i press L(SUB) or Y(INFO) also on Remote.

    With

    MPC-HC all work's.

I have past some hour to test it and make different solution for container Haali or MPC Matroska but no luck.
I decided to make clean Install of Beta1 rev23491 and Directvobsub works correctly.

Does anybody have seen this issue ?
I have tested on second computer and the same result.

    Regards,
    Sebastiii.

    Hi,
got the same problem, but I found out that if you select "disabled" in subtitles section the OSD works again and Directvobsub too! Maybe this helps the Devs to nail it down?!

Like others, I can report that this SVN seems very stable, except that on my system (Win7 single seat) the log collector crashes with the following:

    Unhandled exception....

Unable to translate Unicode Character \uD9D8 at Index location 730 to specified table page.

I was trying to collect logs to get evidence for a problem I had with the previous SVN - when playing recorded TV fast forward/reverse does not work properly; the screen seems to freeze - but MP is still working because if I press the Stop button I return to the menu/list of programmes. If I then select the same programme to view I am asked if I want to resume from some minutes in. This is only on HD programmes, no problem with SD channels - for these everything works exactly as I would expect. With HD, if I try to resume from an earlier viewing the screen always shows the start of the programme, not the resume point.

Fortunately I have discovered that Skip Steps works perfectly. For example, if I resume a viewing at 50 minutes in, the screen shows from the start but one press of Skip forward will immediately position at the right point in the programme. This at least allows fairly normal use of the system. I'd love to produce logs with details, but.....

One other small question. Is anyone else having a problem with recording multiple copies of the same programme in a series? I'm sure this worked properly in previous version, but I can't remember which one. I have checked the box in TVServer/Recording/general to invoke the check for repeated episodes, but I'm still seeing repeats (based on episode name) scheduled to record and actually recording.

Hi, this svn is stable for me and works fine - after PC restart, but after suspend(S3) and resume is channel changing too slow sometimes.
    Petr

EDIT: fixed - CCC9.8 works fine with MA785

    Hi Seb.

I've turned on "Autload VSFilter -> Yes" in Haali Splitter and this way Haali is loading my subtitles automatically, even when DirectVOBSub is disabled in MP! It's just a dirty workaround and I hope Devs will make it work as before, when the OSD was working with DirectVOBSub enabled in MP, because then you can choose the subtitels in mediaportal.

I'm using the most time external .srt's so temprarily I can live with that ;)

    Thx ARE2,

Strange because with YES is enable in Haali and Disable in MP even with .srt it doesn't load it, i have SVN 24709 to try may be iw what it doesn't work.
It load .srt with Directvobsub but lost OSD on MP.

Yes i hope that it will be working like before :) And may be why with MPC Mastroska splitter :)

    Regards,
    Seb.

Ask MovingPictures dev team to check your issue with their plugin.

Don't report bugs refering to old threads. If you still have this issue, is mandatory to make a proper bug report with updated and clean logs.

I have a problem with the new installer, in the previous build it still worked but with this build the first 2 tabs are empty so cannot install anything. when i close the application i get an file not found error because the v2 folder inside the installer folder is missing.
I installed the 1.1.0 beta then the previous build then this build.

A friend also upgraded and now he has the same problem as me.

    Hello!

Yesterday I thought that I had messed up my installation but now I have fond that it was not so.
I have a huge collection of thumbs mostly related to movingpictures. At startup of Mediaportal there is some traversing of the thumbs directory, not by MovingPictures but by Mediaportal to creae some cached images and fonts. This causes the dump below. If I remove the MovingPicture thumbs dir Mediaportal starts fine. It does not matter if I disable the MovingPicture plugin. The error window that shows at startup says something about out of memory. That could explain why it works on one of my computers and not on the other. It fails on the one that has the tvserver installed too, ie probably less memory for the client.

    /Erik

TV Server creates broken .ts files.

Am I the only one that has this problem ? :(
This happens both in Live TV and in Recordings.

    See

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ision-24553-rar-75169/index16.html#post554034

Also here I have an dvb-t tuning file for my region to be added to the project.

    Hi there

Found out that the .ts file that TV Server creates and the Streaming Server fails to open plays in VLC and also with MP using UNC option. The .ts file is in one of my earlier posts.
