Power Scheduler Plugin Issue: Infinite Standby - Wakeup Loop

I have a Microsoft Taskmanager Job waking up the computer every morning at 8:00.
First a process MPDummy is started to prevent Power scheduler to bring the system into standby. There seems to be a bug in the latest version and the system is going into standby and waking up every minute. This did not occur with SVN 19574, but occured again with the latest RC2 built 19603.
The logfile says:
2008-07-15 08:04:33.529427 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler.DisAllowShutdown: handler ProcessActiveHandler: MPDummy wants to prevent standby
2008-07-15 08:04:34.007912 [PowerEventThread]: PowerScheduler: Set wakeup timer to wakeup system in 1 minutes
2008-07-15 08:05:35.514647 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30
2008-07-15 08:05:35.515624 [PowerEventThread]: TV service PowerEventThread 30

Why is power scheduler seting the wakeup timer to 1 minute although MPDummy wants to prevent standby?

Attached are my plugin settings and the log file. Any help would be very much appreciated.
The log files shows 2 complete cycles standby - wakeup cycles, but this would continue if no user interrupt is done.
