If i want to play a HD recording it does take a long long time until the video starts! I guess some minutes! And video and audio are minutes out of sync
Seems to be a bug in the H-264 I-frame detection:

No, I can play mkvs over and over without issues.
Yes!!! So only first MKV with AC3 sound is played, for the next ones there is "unable to play video" messagebox. To play a second one, restart of MediaPortal is needed. In the system tray two or more haali icons are shown, and they disappear after a while when MediaPortal is closed.
