Yeah, but each days My HTPC is started two times ...
and if you look log, only one statup / one log = one day
So maybe Windows freeze before and don't authorize acces to log files.

So, allow the TV service to start and W7 to load before you try to start MP.
MP is start as Shell for replace explorer.exe ( at least no DirectX error )
you think i can add delay in MPconfig for that ?

The log files are held in memory/cache. If you do a hard reset (very bad) then Windows does not have time to write the memory/cache (including log files) to the HDD.

For me loading the XMLTV file takes about 1..2 minutes.
So, I think you should test:
    1. What happens if you disable the XMLTV plugin?
    2. What happens if you wait instead of hard reset?

not tested, my pc started since 2 times, no issue.

Waiting and i think Windows freeze ....

i'm testing from work ( on teamviever) i think no issue with log saving. Restart MP in the same day rename existing log to +n and create a new empty.
maybe you are right log are stored on memory and, maybe my system freeze and nothing is logged.

I'm sorry but this doesn't really make sense to me. Why do you say "not tested" and then "no issue"?

What happens if you wait instead of hard reset?
Waiting and i think Windows freeze ....
Could that be because you've replaced the explorer shell?

So there is no way to get log files?
