MediaStream for MP Default TVSeries (1 Viewer)

As mentioned in the other mediastream thread there is a TV Series being created by spuck that is similar to the one found in the xbmc skin mediastream.

I have also created one that focuses on Fanart and has a few different layout decisions.

We will be including both with the skin however we want the most popular of the two to be the default tvseries.xml

Best way to decide this is via a poll by the people can see themselves using this skin as their main skin.

First View - Spucks design - Similar to MediaStream (Main Banner View is a black background with a full screen of banners at the moment)



Second View - My design - More Fanart Orientated

I prefer the Mattsk88 version, as it's a nice blend of MediaStream and the familiriarity of MediaPortal TV-Series, although I'd rather see the blue label-colour on the writer, director etc. Also, doesn't Spuck's design support logos? It's a bit hard to cast a vote for me until I can see Spuck's main view.

I actually prefer the first one, it seems a lot mot aired. And the poster going out on the skin doesnt fit with Mediastream in my opinion. but s that s just my opinion.

I used to have the labels as blue but that color looked a little hard to see against some backgrounds, this is the reason for the color change I believe spuck is going to put the logos down the bottom underneath the episode description. Im going to get spucks homepage up soonish.

I voted for spuk, as his ones seem "cleaner". Mattsk88 - yours seem a bit squished together onto the screen.

We may end up combining spucks main view with my episode and season view if it is a popular idea.

IMO I would rather not make everything smaller/squashed just so more fan art is shown.

This is why I like Spuks view - all the information is nicely spaced out, using the screen well, and you can still see the fan art in the background.

I think Fan Art looks good when its just there in the background, text and other content should have priority.

Maybe, if no decision can be made, then both should be released? Decide on one as the default, and include the other with the skin?
