Memory Leak on MP 0.2.0 (1 Viewer)

Seem to be having a memory leak when watching movies. After an hour or two the Pause/Play and other menu options become very slow to respond. This will get to the point where MP freezes up and I need to close.

When I close MP there is a Virtual Memory error, and in Task Manager the memory has max'ed out.

Last time this happened there was also an un-handled exception error that I caught as a screen shot but not sure how to upload images here.

Anyone have this error or know what causes this. [/img]

Have you tried a CVS release? If I remember correctly there have been some fixes around memory leaks/race conditions since the RC2 release.

Hi,

yeah, the MP version is essential to help you further (0.1.3 had a mem leak). Also the chosen codec can cause a memory leak.

I will look at the codecs as the reslease ver I have 0.2.0 RC2 I believe is the latest.

Also how to attach images here so I can post the Exception error??

Get the latest CVS version here:

Try it and see if the problem is gone. If not, you can post your logs/exceptions/etc. here, using the support template.
