Im having a problem with the text in all of my skins. It kinda "hangs" up. I tried searching, but really don't know what to search for. Here is a picture of my problem:

Seems that the problem was caused by the gfx-driver. I "downdated" it to an older version, with no vista-support.

First thing we would ask, does the Blue3 skin do the same.

The skin you are using has not been updated recently, and there have been some changes to the skin engine.

Could also be the antialiasing setting in your Nvidia control panel 3D settings, changing from application controlled to 8s\x may correct.

Yes it does in all of the skins. I will try to change the AA settings.
Hmm, it seems like it won't play any video either.

Nobody got any tips? The problem occurs randomly in the menutext, changing the AA settings didn't help.

There are no mediaportal\dxdiag logs in your uploaded file

Start the Logs collector and start from step one, reproduce the problem you should have logs similar to below.

BTW EVR as renderer worked well for me with a nvidia card under xp, you just need .net3 and 3.5
