OK well I've decided to give MePo 1.6 vanilla another go, hopefully today. So will have a mess around with the resuming.

Another thing I've noticed and it's probably totally unrelated to this TV issue is returning to MePo home from any other screen takes like 6 seconds. It's long enough of a delay that it's bugging me so it can't of been like that before I went to 1.6 and updated all my plugins last week. You notice that at all?

EDIT: Actually. For what it's worth this MePo client with the resume issue is running 1.6 vanilla, only my other main machine (with TV Server and MePo client) is running DJBlu..

2 hours and almost a full EPG failing a few channels.. Where did Freesat info channel come from? I never remember that being there before!

Guess I did over estimate how much work it was :) Will keep an eye on the resuming.

So I would like to restart this is possible. Current situation is now, 2 x MP1.6 setups. 1 Client / TV Server and 1 Client only with TV Plugin.

Same situation as explained before, I have purposely shut down the Client / TV server. I then wake the client machine, MePo appears with the time on the GUI reflecting the time MePo went to sleep last. But nothing happens, no pop ups appear to say TV server is unavailable like normal and the GUI never seems to recover - the only thing I notice is the MCE remote green button produces the skin sound for a button press when it is pressed, otherwise MePo is unresponsive. I left it for 5 minutes and it never came back and had to remote desktop in to kill the process. I noticed this time that taskmgr was saying it wasn't responding and showed 'Mediaportal - Notification'. This could of been something to do with the remote desktop session though I guess as when it connected it didn't display MePo, just my desktop background image with no icons or taskbar.

    Thanks!
