MePo 1.9.0, tv server on win7 (core i5 4 core), tv remote client on win8.1 (core i3 2 core), wired ethernet. I've seen this happen 2 times tonight. This is a dark/stormy night with heavy rain, so my OTA ATSC channels may be showing more signal glitches/dropouts than normal. I've left same MePo client tv/server setup running for hours without seeing problems.

Left living room MePo client running watching live/timeshift TV news, KTVU channel 2.1, after a while TV Client video freezes, but client GUI still works, can look at EPG, switch MePo client windows, but if I stop live TV, then try to start watching KTVU/news see hang, after a 30+ sec delay see Unable to play: stream8:0 error popup. EPG still works, can go to TV Series and play a recorded show, but if I go to Recorded TV try to play a recorded show see another hang, after a 30+ sec delay see Unable to play: 91CAA89D. error popup.

If I go to the TV server system, win7 TaskManager/ResourceMonitor show tvservice.exe is running using 25% of total CPUs, 100% of 1 core. After the 1st hang, used setup.exe to stop/start TV server. TV Server start working, and remote client(s) can watch live TV. Left system running and got a 2nd hang, same symptoms. Log files from TV server and remote client in zip. This is for 2nd hang after doing TV Server stop/start. Remote Client did the steps listed above (more or less). Will leave system in this state for a 1 hour or so.

The TsWriter.log file shows the following, don't understand why there is a problem with "live8-0.ts.tsbuffer3.ts". The png shows screensnip of the timeshift folder.

oops, thought I had that in the zip. Attached zip file has all TV Client/Server logs for Dec 16. Looking at when I ran setuptv, 1st noticed hang somewhere around/before 4:40PM, did tv server stop/start, MePo live tv ran until I noticed 2nd hang somewhere after 6PM, did 2nd tvserver stop/start at 9:28PM.

I have a 2nd MePo remote client, after I noticed 1st client "unable to play" problem, attempted to watch live tv on 2nd system, saw same error, that's when looked at the tv server side of things and noticed tvserver.exe was using 100% of 1 CPU, did 1st tvserver stop/start.
