MePo crash without writing logs (1 Viewer)

I restarted the PC through Mediaportal menu a few day ago, since then it won't start any more.
I already tried to start without plugins to collect logs, without success...
The only thing I get is an XmlException in the EventViewer (see attached).
Any hint to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated
