MEPO Freezes On Startup (1 Viewer)

Hey guys I'm not sure what is happening but lately when ever I close MEPO for what ever reason (tonight I had opened MEPO Conflagration) when I try to relaunch MEPO it freezes and does not completely launch. I reboot the box and MEPO launches fine. I have looked at the error logs and it shows an Error creating speech recognizer I'm not sure if this is the problem and can't find anything about speech recognizer. I have attached the log. Any help would be appreciated.

Screencontrol plugin seems to use speech recognition so try disabling it and see if you still have a problem.
