I think that this dump will not be useable, it's Wireshark dump. For TS file it needs to be processed.

So testing on SetupTV :
For Clubbing sometimes the stream start.
For TMC it doesn't start.

Both dump from graphstudio is playable under MP or VLC.

If you fix the service ID value for the TMC tuning detail then it should start. According to your log files it should be set to 42104 instead of 20149.

The problem is your TV service tuning details. The service ID value doesn't match the service ID in the stream. Once you fix this the channel should work. Your tuning detail might be out-of-date, or the provider might be changing the service ID randomly...

@Sebastiii, can you make several dumps for TMC (5 secs is enough). I have suspicion that your provider is changing SID and/or PMT PID with each RTSP session.

Ahhh, yes - that is possible. Maybe different servers/CDNs have different values...
