I think that RTSP part is finished (at least I don't know about any error or problem). So, new testing version of merged filter in first post. I hope that you can test it.

I do a quickly test within OV by hardcode RTSP URL (like you suggest) (Freebox French Provider) and it works
Also the start stream issue (related to logging) seems fixed

Can you check if in TV Service log folder or MediaPortal log folder are files with dmp extension?

It's time to change watchdog to include all files in log folders. Anyway, try version in first post. At least it should not crash the service.

the only thing is the MP freeze(blocking) when wait TVchannel. but i think is not your work

I checked IPTV log and you have only one invalid url (that starting with C:| - old style url). All other URL's were working and data were flowing - at least through filter. I didn't checked other logs for errors.

Edit: It seems that you have same problem as @Sebastiii - no PMT found.

Yep it seems the same issue as me lol, double PMT in stream so sometimes stream start and sometime not (because no the same PMT stored in db).
Now how we can fix that ?

@mm1352000 we need your help. We are facing with strange issue - no PMT found. Look at azzuro's logs.
