there's a lot going on there:
numerous exceptions and errors in the mediaportal.log and also no MPIPTVSource.log.

I suggest a reinstall and if that doesn't work a complete uninstall and a fresh install afterwards.
Also try to minimize the installed plugins and number of log-files
Now its like finding a needle in a haystack...
Clean install of Windows and Mediaportal. Not finding any IPTV channels on scan, DVBS and DVBT scans fine. Full Logs attached.

I already see something... for every request that MpUrlSourceSplitter does the server respods with a 401/Unauthorized...
So either your subscription has ended, or that server needs some other form of authentication
Can you throw one of those urls in vlc and see if it works there?

can you try it with a http-useragent filled in for the urls?
In the configuration of the iptv part (in tvserver config), you can select all entries and set a useragent in bulk.
I remembered that i had a provider too which needed one. I think any will do but just to be sure pick an existing one (f.e. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:158.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/158.0 )
