It takes a few second until the sound is back. Any hit on a button will delay another few seconds. My AVR gets confused and searches for right audio format till the sound is back.</p><p></p><p>I don't know for sure but I think this is since the install of 1.1.0 Final.</p><p></p><p>I did some testing and came down to the message plugin. When it is turned off, I can trigger any event while playing media files and the sound will keep playing. </p><p></p><p>So, I know the development of the message plugin stopped decades ago but I really like to use it because it makes using eventghost possible. Maybe one of the original developers of the plugin is still around and knows what could cause the harm.</p><p></p><p>Thanks</p><p>Luca</p><p></p><p></p><p>Edit: I did some more digging. I am not sure, if this is really to blame on message plugin. Maybe it is some problem with windows sound config or the mp is talking to the soundcard: When I disable sounds in message plugin config for the keys I use the most the problem goes away for those keys. </p><p></p><p>It looks like the sounds of the keys and the sound of the media are fighting about the format or what ever. Too complicated for me. I would really appreciate some help.</p><p></p><p>Edit 2: I forgot to mention that the problem is there for both audio devices: ATI hdmi and Realtek onboard spdif out.
