The problem you're experiencing could be because of multiple simultaneous demands on the driver, which is why I'm working on the IR Server Suite.

I don't intend to support the MCE Replacement Plugin or TV3 MCE Blaster plugin much longer. There will be one more version of each released when 0.2.3.0 goes final. But after that I will put all my efforts into the new stuff.
