Migrate an Existing Installation (1 Viewer)

I have an existing HTPC using MP 1.3. It has a number of plugins, including MovingPictures and MP-TVSeries. I am in the process of setting up another HTPC; what is the best way to migrate the existing installation (including existing movie, series and music databases) to the new PC?
The existing (old) HTPC is Win7 32-bit and the new HTPC is Win8 x64.

The Win7 32 vs Win8 64bit is not a problem at all.
