dont get that motherboard, its not compatible with the core2duo processor.

Yes, don't know why I have chosen the AMD route, but I have. Guess I like to support the "weak" side.

im running an AMD AM2 4600 processor dual core processor on my htpc and its pretty quick, so you should be fine.

It's not completely quiet yet with the included fans, but that can be improved I'm sure. It's just that I ended up in another dilemma... ->I can't connect it to my ancient CRT TV
