"Minimize to tray on GUI exit" setting isn't working properly (1 Viewer)

It closes to the tray alright, but the MP taskbar icon is still visible for some reason. And when I need to restore it again with my remote (open mediaportal.exe), nothing happens. The only way to restore it is either by clicking the taskbar icon or the tray icon.

I'm currently using the newly released 1.4, but I had this problem before I upgraded as well. And I'm actually on a fresh install of both Windows 7 and MP.

Thanks for the quick reply! That's good that you guys already know about it. I hoped it would be fixed in this new version, but sadly it didn't.

Weird that I didn't find that thread though. I've been searching in the forum for a solution for some time now.

Issue should be fixed in future test branch (already done on my own branch)
If you are based on 1.6.0 Final, you could try this bin :
