This time I don't know if it's really a bug.
On a Windows 7 Pro with 2 4/3 monitors and extended desktop (can't test on windows Home), if the application is in "normal window" fullcreen is done only on the first monitor, wathever is the position of the application (monitor 1 or 2).
If the application is maximised on the second monitor, fullscreen can be done on the second monitor.
The computer was a Dell Latitude D630 with "Intel GM965 Express Chipset Family", 1st monitor connected in DVI, second in VGA.
