Currently I'm using a Windows Server 2008 R2 as TV Server and an Win7 x86 machine as client. Never got big problems but for 2 month now, I can't tune specific channels. Most time I'm watching tv series, so I can't specificate what I've changed. The scan finds over 500 channels, but the most common german channels are missing BUT not the HD channels.

Hopefully someone can help me.

btw: I allready changed provider from generic to dvbs with no success.

Have you checked whether you are able to receive those channels with other software?

I can see in the logs that your tuner is able to lock on to all the frequencies, however in many cases it is not finding any channels. That could be because the signal is too weak or corrupted.

Hi mm,

sorry, but I really had no time to check this, till now. I installed GlobeTV and tried to set it up. I found some of the missing channels but I can't tune them. The tv card seems to be not active obviously I activated it. Then I tried to manually add a missing channel in MP and when I try to tune it, I get the error "no pmt found". I added a picture of the manual control section because my tv card is shown in red. Maybe this indicates a problem ...

What I've also done so far:

- changed tv card
- changed port in multiswitch

Complete reinstall of MediaPortal 1.22 and the problem still exists ... Any ideas?

Scanning Astra 19.2° frequencies 1tp - 21tp no problems, 22tp - 29tp nothing found, 30tp - 32tp no problems, 33tp - 49tp nothing found, 50tp - 66tp no problems, 67tp - 73 nothing found and so on ...
