Missing Series Banner (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: Win7 Home Premium
CPU Type: Intel Celereon T3100 (Dual 1.9gh)z
HDD: 250gig
Memory: 2gig DDR3
Motherboard: Unsure (laptop)
TV: Samsung 42" Plasma
TV - HTPC Connection: HDMI

First off I apologise if this is the wrong forum to post this on. I have on TV show that won't download a series banner. I have been to thetvdb and I know there is a banner for the show. It used to have a banner on my previous install, but since upgrading to 1.1.3 it won't download it for some reason. Every other TV show has a banner except this one. It has downloaded the fanart and episode data, just not the banner. I have looked but can't seem to find a way to force it to download banners. Is there a way I can do this?

Hi

it wont download because its marked as a TEXT Banner at the tvdb, which it is not

post on thetvdb forum and get them to change the TYPE to graphical, which it is

Also you can download the other banner types by enabling the options for those in MP-TVSeries Configuration, Online Tab, Artwork section. However this wille effect all series so not recommended.

Also i recommend posting about TVSeries plugin in the TVSeries sub forum, likely to get more help that way
