Missing songs after organize (1 Viewer)

I did the following:

I always organized all my songs with MPThagThat with to following rule %MusicFolder%\<Album>\

For better sorting I decide to organize my songs new like that: %MusicFolder%\<AlbumArtist>\<Album>\

It seemed to have worked fine untill I got some songs were missing... (e.g. 2 Track of 18 from one of my newest Album)

Logs are set to Debug but doesen't contain any entry

Does someone else have the same problem? Can the problem appear because source and destination folder was the same ?

Moreover, Overwrite Existing files option is not working for Non-Music Files.

hm, i had that sometimes during testing a while ago.
there was a problem with source and target being the same, which i'm now checking.
but i never saw such a behaviour afterwards.

as for overwrite non-music iles, i need to check.
