Use frame rate doubler
Just yesterday I realized what fixed the problem.
If watching 25 or 30 (I dont have any) fps content and display is set to 50 or 60Hz, I need to use ffdshow framerate doubler filter (deinterlacing filter -> framerate doubler -> blend images).
I don't know what was the main problem here. Is it the display (Samsung M87) and GPU having slightly different clocks so the images are a bit offsync and not displayed evenly or what? But when feeding 50 images to 50Hz display mode fixed this problem. 24fps content always displayed perfectly since both video and display have same refresh rate. Also DVB was always fine (50 interlaced images).
